These terms apply to the use of notchwerk.com (the “Website”). The Website is operated by the person named in the imprint. By using the Website, you agree to these terms.
2. The service
Notchwerk lets you create wallpapers for Mac and iPhone from the templates provided. The service is free, requires no account and may be changed or discontinued at any time.
3. Using your wallpapers
Wallpapers you create with Notchwerk may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes only, on your own devices. You may share a picture of your own desktop or home screen (for example on social media), as long as you do not do so commercially.
In particular, you may not:
- sell, license or otherwise distribute the wallpapers, alone or as part of a collection, pack or bundle,
- offer them in apps, on wallpaper sites, marketplaces or similar services,
- print them on products for sale or use them in advertising, products or services of a business,
- use them in any other way to earn money.
For commercial use, please ask first using the contact details in the imprint. Exception: sets you create with Notchwerk for Teams using your organization's logo may be used free of charge on that organization's devices. This applies permanently to every set you have downloaded, even if the offer is changed or becomes paid later. You are responsible for holding the necessary rights to the logo and any other content you use.
4. Website content
The templates, designs, texts and code of the Website remain the property of the operator. Copying the templates or the generator, or rebuilding them in your own service, is not permitted.
5. Fair use
Do not use the Website in a way that impairs its operation, in particular through automated mass requests, scraping or excessive use of the export function.
6. Availability and liability
The Website is provided as is. There is no claim to permanent availability or to a particular result.
The operator is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
7. Changes
These terms may be changed at any time. The version published on this page applies.
8. Applicable law
German law applies. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you live.
